I have just returned from a two month business visit in London, and whilst there, luckily for me...in my offices were soccer fans from:-
Arsenal
Chelsea
Fulham
West Ham
After Niall a West Ham fan took me to see the 'Hammers' at Upton Park on the first weekend i arrived, all the other fans in the office wanted me to see their team and how good (in regards to chanting) their fans were. So luckily i got to see a game at each of the grounds. Aswell as the one in the youtube clip which i actually was at, i saw Chelsea and Arsenal at their own grounds which was an amazing experience given the coverage of them we get over here. Since the trip i am a massive EPL fan and my team are 'Spurs'=Tottenham. None of the guys in the office where i worked were too impressed by my decision in not choosing their team, but my god the 'Yids/Yidos' as they call themselves (Tottenham fans) were crazy (singing for a whole hour!!!). Whilst i have been assured their soccer (playing) will improve to get them into the big 4, their fans were unbelievable and were without doubt the most passionate out of the eight teams i saw and definately had the most innovative and comical songs (sorry Tim, Niall, John and Steve)...
If anyone gets the chance to go to the UK you have to check out a game, its such a great experience - there is nothing like it out here, the atmosphere in the EPL is unreal. I would also suggest you get to a Spurs game if you want to taste the best in EPL chanting-I will be trying my very best to get a ticket to White Hart Lane on my next visit out there!
Come on you SPURS!!!
